  • We will do our best to try get these back to you within two weeks of purchase.

  • To track your social media page with in-depth analytics, we need to connect your page to our reporting platform (which requires us to have page permissions). We will send you details on how to invite us successfully.

  • We can track up to 10 competitors + your page. We do this by individual platforms (facebook + Instagram) and you will need to provide us with URL links to their specific profile pages.

  • You’ll get to see how many followers you’ve gained, your impressions and how many interactions have taken place on your social media pages. We’ll also show you your top five performing posts on each platform. If you have opted in for competitive tracking, we will include table of data that compares your brand against each of them.

  • If you have purchased a full month of tracking, we will always aim to deliver it to you within 2 weeks if we can, otherwise, you can expect to have it delivered 3-4 weeks after the final day of the tracking period at the latest.

  • Not everyone understands data like we do. That’s why you can book a 30min call with us to run through your report after you’ve had some time to review it. We recommend preparing any questions you may have about the report to make the most out of this call.
